The mechanics of Candy Fever is the same as that of other style match 3; to collect the candies you will simply have to gather three or more of the same color. To do this, it will suffice to move them by sliding your finger from your current location to where you want to take them. On the Candy Fever board you can find all kinds of candy, but the only way to combine or eliminate them will be to combine them with candies equal to each other.
